Travis holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business, bringing both strategic acumen and a disciplined approach to execution that continue to propel Sentinel into its next phase of expansion and innovation.
Najlaa Rauf
Chief Human Resources Officer
Najlaa Rauf is a transformational HR executive with a proven record of building scalable people strategies that align culture, performance, and growth across complex, multi-location organizations. Her expertise spans M&A integration, organizational design, and talent strategy — turning ambitious business plans into cohesive, high-performing teams.
Before joining Sentinel, Najlaa helped lead Spark Power’s expansion from 350 to more than 1,200 employees, successfully integrating HR, talent, and payroll operations through multiple ownership transitions.
At Sentinel, she has cultivated a people-first culture that balances operational discipline with human connection. Her ability to attract, develop, and empower top talent positions Sentinel’s workforce as a strategic advantage for long-term success. Najlaa holds an MBA from the Goodman School of Business at Brock University and a BSc from McMaster University.

Domenico Insogna
Chief Operating Officer
Sonia serves as VP of Integration, leading the strategy and execution for Sentinel’s Target Operating Model. She drives synergy capture and scalable enablement through enterprise rollouts across people, processes and systems, while partnering with branch and functional leaders to ensure successful integrations.
Before joining Sentinel, Sonia led end to end integration efforts across all functions at Spinmaster. In 2024, Sonia led the Global Supply Chain integration for $1B Melissa & Doug acquisition, realizing $11M of cost synergies in year one and successfully delivering future state org designs while maintaining culture.
Outside of M&A Integrations, Sonia has close to two decades of experience with tier one CPG companies, having ran Customer Operations for North America for all retailers. Sonia is known for disciplined execution, clear cross functional leadership, and turning integration strategy into measurable outcomes.

Sonia is the driving force behind Sentinel Dock & Door Solutions’ integration strategies, ensuring that each new partnership seamlessly aligns with the company’s vision and values. With her people-first mentality and a hunter-like passion for greatness, Sonia believes how you do anything is how you do everything – and she brings that mindset into every integration she leads. Sonia thrives when faced with challenges – infecting around her with the same energy.
Her approach is both strategic and empathetic, recognizing that successful integrations are as much about people as they are about processes. Sonia’s leadership ensures that transitions are smooth, cultures are respected, and synergies are realized, all while maintaining the high standards Sentinel is known for.
