Najlaa Rauf is an experienced HR leader with a strong track record of scaling people strategy in high-growth, multi-location businesses. She brings deep expertise in M&A integration, talent acquisition, and organizational design, with a hands-on leadership style grounded in operational excellence. Prior to Sentinel, Najlaa helped grow Spark Power from 350 to 1,200+ employees, uniting HR, talent, and payroll functions while supporting major transitions across private, public, and private equity ownership. She holds an MBA from the Goodman School of Business at Brock University and a BSc from McMaster.
