As the founder and former President of Door Doctor, he brings more than 43 years of industry experience and a proven ability to build high-performing teams, cultivate enduring customer relationships, and scale successful businesses.
Known for his commitment to operational excellence and customer success, Gordie combines strategic perspective with a practical, people-first approach to leadership. He works closely with regional and functional leaders across Canada to strengthen alignment, elevate service delivery, and support the business’ continued growth and expansion.

Najlaa Rauf

Najlaa Rauf is a transformational HR executive with a proven record of building scalable people strategies that align culture, performance, and growth across complex, multi-location organizations. Her expertise spans M&A integration, organizational design, and talent strategy — turning ambitious business plans into cohesive, high-performing teams.
Before joining Sentinel, Najlaa helped lead Spark Power’s expansion from 350 to more than 1,200 employees, successfully integrating HR, talent, and payroll operations through multiple ownership transitions.
At Sentinel, she has cultivated a people-first culture that balances operational discipline with human connection. Her ability to attract, develop, and empower top talent positions Sentinel’s workforce as a strategic advantage for long-term success. Najlaa holds an MBA from the Goodman School of Business at Brock University and a BSc from McMaster University.
